Jack Thompson Trial Post-Poned? April 23, 2008

It looks like Jack Thompson is getting a lucky break in his Florida Bar Trial. Originally, the verdict was supposed to come last week, but Judge Dava Tunis has requested extra time to finish her reports by August 31st. Her reasoning makes her seem as though she may have already made her decision, itself.
-the need to wade through a 2,500 page transcript of the trial
-reviewing 76 exhibits encompassing another 1,700 pages
-dealing with 400 “pleadings, e-mails, letters and missives (including pictorials)” filed by Thompson since the trial ended in December, 2007.
-handling a full-time job on the criminal bench
Hopefully, she will be able to get this anti-videogame violence activist out of the hair of gamers everywhere.

He’s a total mess. there more violence in movies then there is in games. He seriously needs to get a life and become a real lawyer or whatever he calls himself now a days….
