The New “Our Community” Section On Play Your Station.

There are hundreds, maybe thousands of gaming websites whether you are an Xbox gamer or a Play Station gamer, even Nintendo gamer. Whatever you may be you still are a gamer. That is why Play Your Station is here. We are going to cover every and any Site, Blog, Podcast, and Developers to bring you more variety to the table. Our mission is still the same, bringing breaking news and now bringing all of our community together. If you own or know someone that owns a gaming site please go to our “Contact us” page and tell us about it. All Interviews with sites will be under the “Our Community” Tab in the Categories side bar . We hope that we will bring all of our communities together.

No Epic Games game will ever hit the Wii?

This will most likely NEVER happen.

Atleast thats what Epic Games president Mike Capps, believes when he stated “We go forward, not back.”  Obviously the Wii’s Wii-mote isnt next gen enough for them, so I guess we’ll never ever see Gears or Unreal on a Wii…EVER.  To be honost though….Even with wii-mote controls, I still cant see an Epics Games game doing well with a Wii install base, because, well…it just does’nt seem to fit in with the types of games the Wii is aimed at.  So don’t hate on Mike…becasue, aside from him having the wrong statement for the Wii…he is actually kinda right (NOT about it not being next-gen).

Well it is the end of the Year and…

This blog all started on October 11th, 2007, I thought to myself “why am i doing this?” then I realized, one, I love gaming and it’s community and two, because I have met so many friends along the way. This post is for these people. I wish them so much success in the future in whatever they want to do.

Alexis from Gamingbits.com

You were the one who saw me grow the most. You helped me on my writing and would feed me anything in gaming. You were so inviting with your site and the experience writing for you was amazing. I started with all my PS3 Demo reviews then you actually let me go on the front page. All the events we would cover were great and because of you, I wanted to start my own blog. I always loved gaming but you were the one who brought me into the nitty gritty of gaming. I appreciate everything you have done for me. So for that, Thank You.

BS Angel From HawtyMcBloggy.com

You guided me through anything and everything. Your love for the Xbox Community inspires me. You were there since the very beginning. You were my first friend I ever met in the Gaming blog community and your still at the top of my list. Every question I have ever asked you, you have always spoon fed or directed me to the solution. If you didn’t have the answer, you would still give me something to help me with my problem. The “Blog Banter” is a huge success I think and I can’t wait to write more with the blogging group (Who ever wants to join the Blog Banter go to HawtyMcBloggy.com
and you can contact her there). So again, Thank you for all your kind words and hospitality. Thanks

The Crew at Glitch Gear

You guys are the coolest guys around and I still think till this day that your shirts are works of beautiful art. Your banner will be on my site until it runs to the ground. I support you guys all the way and when I get enough money I will buy your whole line and if I’m like 50 years old when I finally get the money, I want all the throwbacks too lol. Thanks You Guys. Go under “Categories” and click “Interviews” to see my interview with Glitch Gear.

AlgusUnderdunk says “an image with every single Nintendo franchise in existence in it… and some third party characters to boot,” You can check out the higher resolution version here as-well as a list of all the characters in this image. before you go, try and name all the characters or as many as you can. watch how after about 10minutes, your eyes will hurt.

Companion Cube Paperweight

Joystiq

There has been so much hype on the one and only Companion Cube. I have seen from costumes, plushies, even cake. But Alice Fox states “our friendly cube a weighted, not a stuffed and cuddly plush toy or a flimsy papercraft.”Fox has created a step by step instructions on how to create a companion cube paperweight. Check it out, You know you want your own Companion Cube, Well now is your chance. Whenever you come home from a long day at work or school, sit at your desk, There it is. Now go, go enjoy making your geometric figure of Love!

Kid Robot Grand Opening (Miami)

Last night, November 29th, My Brother (Ed) and Myself went to the Kid Robot Grand Opening in Miami Beach. The Opening started at 6pm and ended, well, I’m not sure because we left because they told us we were not going to get in by the end of the night. So unfortunately, I could only get pictures of the lines and some of the inside Madness! Here are a few pics, check the rest on my Flickr. Enter My Flickr

Doktor A - Spit & Polish Custom Toy Extravaganza

Spit & Polish was something all custom toy fans have been dreaming about for a very long time. Doktor A finally got the solo show he deserves and boy did he live up to the expectation with some magnificent custom pieces. The highlight of show for me is the custom Soopa Coin Op Bros titled “The Secret History of Video Games: Pac Gentleman”.
